02/11 Equestrian Life Qualifier – 16th May 2010

After our successful show this season we are pleased to announce the date for our 2010 Qualifier. We will once again be holding a Showing Only Show.

All 20 classes will be Equestrian Life Qualifiers, with Ridden Showing, Working Hunter and In hand Showing classes.

The schedule will be available soon. Please make a note of the date in your 2010 diary.

02/11 Indoor Open Dressage Competition – 28th February 2010

Thanks to all those who competed and helped organise the dressage on Sunday. Everyone braved the cold weather to create 3 competitive classes. Results are now on the ‘Open Results Page’. 

The next Dressage will be in June on the Club Field, keep checking the ’News Page’ for further details.

02/10 Programme of Events 2010

The dates for our 2010 events have now been confirmed and details can be found on the ‘Events Page’. Schedules will be available soon.

The first date for your diary is the 27th March, which is ‘Setting up the field – 2 p.m.’, everyone’s help is appreciated! This yearly task is physically demanding, so the more help we get the better, please bring along your friends, family and tools!

New members are welcome to join Tickhill Riding Club at any time, membership is just £27 a year for new members, entry fees at Club Shows 2009 was just £2 a class with reduced fees at Open Events too. Entry fees for 2010 are still to be decided but increases are likely to be minimal.


02/09 The Annual Charity Show

The presentation of our cheque for an amazing £2,110! to the M.S. Society Worksop and District Societies representatives; Mary Marsden and Anne Oldfield, took place at our Equestrian Life Qualifier on the 16th of August.

Thanks again to all our helpers, sponsors and special thanks to Margaret Shaw for all her hard work.

We would also like to thank Jenny Chapell for her letter to Equestrian Life Magazine, featured in the December issue, thanking us for our efforts at the Charity Show from the M.S.Society. She also competed on the day and enjoyed the show and appreciated the amount we raised.
